Will I be charged after the 14-day trial?
Only if you do nothing. We send a reminder email on day 13 — one click cancels and you're never billed. After billing starts, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
If something breaks on our end, yes. For change-of-mind cancellations after billing, the trial is the place to evaluate. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused time, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Is there a free tier or freemium plan?
No free tier — the 14-day trial is your evaluation window. Trial includes the full Starter feature set on your real account, no demo data.

What counts against my "diagnostics" quota?
One diagnostic = one Layer 2 AI run on a product. Daily auto-scans count. Manual 're-diagnose' runs count. Layer 1 (rules) and Layer 4 (memory) lookups don't count.
What happens if I hit my product cap?
We email you at 80% and 100% of cap. New products beyond cap won't be auto-tracked, but already-tracked products keep all their AI runs. One-click upgrade adds capacity instantly.

Where does my Amazon Ads data live?
Your data is stored in EU-region (Frankfurt) Supabase infrastructure. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit. Your account data is isolated — never pooled or used to train shared models.

Will my Amazon password be stored?
No. We use Amazon's official OAuth 2.0 flow — you log in on Amazon's domain, Amazon issues us scoped tokens, we never see your password. You can revoke our access from your Amazon Ads account at any time.
Can I export or delete all my data?
Yes. One-click export from Settings gives you all your data in CSV/JSON. Account deletion is also one-click and removes all associated data within 30 days, per GDPR.

How long does the connection take?
Under 90 seconds. Click "Continue with Amazon Ads," authorize on Amazon's page, get redirected back. We pull your products, campaigns, and 30-day performance history immediately. First diagnostic ready in 60-90 seconds after that.
Which marketplaces are supported?
All Amazon Ads marketplaces: US, CA, MX, BR, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, PL, TR, AE, SA, IN, JP, AU. If you sell across multiple marketplaces, Adsazon tracks them all in one workspace.
Can I connect multiple Amazon accounts?
Pro and Scale tiers support multi-account workspaces. Each connected account counts toward your product cap. Agencies and multi-brand sellers usually start on Pro.

What if the AI suggests a bad action?
Reject it — that's the whole point of approval-first design. Nothing executes without your click. Layer 4 (Memory) logs your rejection and adjusts future recommendations on similar patterns. The AI learns your style.
Does Adsazon work without me reviewing daily?
The AI scans daily and queues recommendations whether you log in or not. You can review weekly — queue holds up to 30 days of pending items. Most users review every 2-3 days at 10-15 minutes per session.
What's a "confidence score"?
Each recommendation comes with a 0-100% score based on the strength of supporting evidence. 90%+ confidence = strong rule + diagnostic + memory alignment. 70-89% = some uncertainty. Below 70% = AI flags for closer review.
